Sending Media
Instructors can send media (images, videos, or documents) to connected student tablets during a simulation. This is useful for presenting patient charts, lab results, or medication orders.
Open Manage Media
From the Simulation Control screen, tap Manage Media.
Select Media to Send
Browse the available media library and select the files you want to send to students.
Send to Students
Choose which connected student tablets should receive the media. The media will appear on student devices in real time.
Adding Media
You can add custom media to the SimVS-IV library for use in future simulations.
Open Manage Media
From the Simulation Control screen, tap Manage Media.
Add New Media
Select the option to add new media. You can upload images, videos, or documents from the tablet's storage.
Organize Media
Give your media a descriptive name so it's easy to find during simulation sessions.
Drug Management
Instructors can manage the drug library directly from the Simulation Control screen. This includes viewing the current library, adding new drugs, and editing existing entries.
Open Manage Drugs
From the Simulation Control screen, tap Manage Drugs.
View Drug Library
The drug library displays all configured drugs with their categories, types, and dosing information.
Share Library with Students
When connected, instructors can share their drug library with student tablets. This ensures all devices are using the same drug set during simulation.
For detailed information about editing the drug library, adding custom drugs, and configuring guardrails, see Drug Library.
